1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the SuperHomes website, mobile applications (iOS and Android), or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service.

The Service is owned and published by Drongo Technology Limited and operated in Kenya by SuperHomes Solutions Limited (together, "we").

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use SuperHomes. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

3. Use of the Service

  • You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You agree not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your account information up-to-date.

5. Property Listings

  • Property listings must be accurate and comply with all applicable laws.
  • SuperHomes reserves the right to remove listings that violate our guidelines.
  • You are solely responsible for the content of your listings.

6. Subscriptions

A company that subscribes to SuperLandlord chooses a plan when it signs up and enters a subscription agreement with SuperHomes Solutions Limited for that plan — its fee, billing and terms. The agreement is signed and stamped for SuperHomes Solutions Limited and accepted for the company when the account is created; it can be read at any time under Settings → Billing, and a new version is issued whenever the plan or fee changes.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on SuperHomes are owned by Drongo Technology Limited or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

SuperHomes provides the Service "as is" and does not guarantee the accuracy of property listings or the outcome of any transactions facilitated through the platform.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya.
